These Terms govern your use of HarmonicMatch (harmonicmatch.app), operated by Bobby J. Hemingway, doing business as HarmonicMatch, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States ("HarmonicMatch," "we," "us"). By creating a session, inviting another person, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
HarmonicMatch is a compatibility quiz. One person ("Person A") answers a set of questions about themselves and invites a second person ("Person B") to answer their own set. Once both halves are complete, we generate a compatibility score across four harmonics — astrology, shared geography, personality, and either connection style or humor style depending on whether the pairing is romantic or platonic — along with a free teaser and, if purchased, a full written report.
The full report is written by an AI model based on the two people's answers and the resulting scores. It is generated for entertainment and reflection purposes and should not be relied on as psychological, relationship, medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old to use HarmonicMatch, whether as Person A or Person B. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
HarmonicMatch does not require you to create a persistent account. Each pairing exists as a session, accessed through a unique link. Anyone holding that link can view the associated result, so treat your session links the way you would treat any private information — do not share them with people you don't want to see the result.
Session links are not permanent. They expire after a limited period. We are not responsible for a link that has expired or that you have lost.
The free teaser is available to both people at no cost. Unlocking the full report is a one-time purchase, currently priced at $9.99 for a romantic pairing and $6.99 for a friendship pairing. One purchase unlocks the full report for both people in that pairing — it is not charged twice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

The HarmonicMatch name, site, scoring methodology, and report format belong to us. The specific report generated for your pairing is yours to keep, share, and use personally — including through the "Share your result" feature, which produces a summary card intended for exactly that purpose.
HarmonicMatch is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any score, harmonic, or report is accurate, complete, or suited to any particular purpose. Astrological, personality, and geographic scoring reflect a proprietary methodology and general patterns — they are not scientific predictions about any specific relationship's outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarmonicMatch and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made about a relationship based on a report. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms as HarmonicMatch evolves. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
